Informational nature
All information provided on the website and in Downloads is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Downloads
Unless stated otherwise, Downloads are provided “as is” for personal or internal business use only. Downloads may not be resold, redistributed, published, copied into commercial templates, or made publicly available without prior written permission from Gold Line D.C. Gold Line D.C. may update, replace, restrict, or remove Downloads at any time.
Service delivery and scope
Services are delivered only after scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and relevant project terms are confirmed in writing. Informal discussions regarding timelines, deliverables, pricing, results, or outcomes are non-binding unless confirmed in writing. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, services do not include ongoing maintenance, hosting, third-party subscriptions, advertising spend, software costs, paid assets, platform-related costs, or external contractor costs. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate written agreement, revised quote, or additional fee.
Pricing and payments
Paid services may be offered on a fixed-fee, subscription, hourly, retainer, or quote-based structure, depending on the project. Payments may be processed via iDEAL, bank transfer, or other standard payment methods made available. Where a payment provider is involved, that provider’s own terms and policies may also apply. Invoices, payment terms, due dates, deposits, milestone payments, and late-payment consequences are confirmed per project or invoice where applicable.
Satisfaction and refunds
Gold Line D.C. aims to deliver work with reasonable care, skill, and attention, in line with the agreed scope and project expectations. Where delivered work is considered unsatisfactory, reasonable efforts will be made to improve the deliverable within the agreed scope, revision boundaries, and project terms confirmed in writing. Refund requests are handled fairly and without unnecessary friction, subject to applicable law and the conditions below. Refunds may cover fees paid minus non-refundable production costs, if applicable. Non-refundable production costs may include substantiated out-of-pocket expenses incurred specifically for the project, such as paid assets, third-party tools, software subscriptions, platform costs, advertising spend, specialist services, or external contractor costs. Where delivery occurs in milestones, refunds may be limited to the undelivered portion of the project, minus applicable production costs. For business clients, refund rights and termination terms are primarily governed by the written project agreement. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection rights apply where required by law.
Client responsibilities
To enable effective delivery, the client is responsible for providing timely feedback, information, access, and required input materials; confirming approvals within a reasonable timeframe; ensuring ownership of, or lawful rights to, all provided content, materials, brand assets, images, accounts, and data; not providing confidential, sensitive, or personal third-party data without a lawful basis and necessary permission; reviewing deliverables carefully before approval or publication; and providing accurate business, legal, product, service, and pricing information where needed for the project. Delays in input, access, feedback, or approvals may impact timelines, delivery dates, or project planning.
Intellectual property
All website content, structure, designs, text, materials, Downloads, visual direction, and other intellectual property on the website are owned by Gold Line D.C. or used with permission, unless stated otherwise. For paid services, ownership, transfer, or licensing of deliverables is defined per project in writing. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, a license is granted to use delivered work for its intended business purpose after full payment has been received. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or repackaging of deliverables as templates, assets, tools, or standalone products is not permitted. Internal working files, drafts, systems, methods, prompts, processes, and project structures remain the property of Gold Line D.C., unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality and references
Personal details and confidential client information are not published without permission. If work is referenced in a portfolio, case study, internal example, or public communication, this is done with reasonable care and without revealing personal data or confidential information. Where appropriate, permission will be requested first.
